New Mexico
New Mexico pays homeowners to replace grass.
Water utilities across New Mexico offer rebates for swapping thirsty lawns for living, water-wise yards. The rules and amounts depend on who supplies your water, not just your city. We're adding one utility at a time and only list a city once we've checked its rules and lined up landscapers who know them.
