What we collect

From the calculator and forms: your name, email, phone (optional), address and zip, the lawn area you trace or type, your answers (DIY or pro, water bill), and any photos or message you add.

Automatically: basic analytics about pages visited and steps completed (no ad tracking cookies), campaign tags in the link you arrived from (utm_*), and a one-way hash of your IP address for spam protection. Spam checks use Cloudflare Turnstile.

How we use it

To show your estimate, save it if you ask, send you the emails you asked for, and send your request to the landscapers you choose.

To follow up about your project (for example, asking whether you hired someone), and to check that commissions are billed correctly.

If you check the text-message box, LawnPayday and the landscapers you choose may call or text you about your project. You can reply STOP at any time. Consent isn't required to use the site.

Who sees it

Only the landscapers you choose (or the one match you ask us to pick) receive your contact details and project information.

Service providers that run the site for us: hosting (Vercel), our database host (Sky High Websites), email delivery (Resend), payments for landscaper invoices (Stripe), maps (Google) and spam protection (Cloudflare). They may only use your data to provide their service.

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Estimates and requests are kept while your project is active and for up to 3 years afterwards for rebate and commission records, then deleted. [Lawyer to confirm retention period.]
